After finishing a quick light meeting, we headed for the dungeon.
As expected of a celebrity, while we were sprinting through the shallow levels, I could see awe in the eyes of the adventurers passing by Luban.
Then they spotted the women behind him and their jaws practically dropped, they saw Alec next and looked shocked, and finally they noticed me and went, No way?!
Because of that time I got mistaken for an undead, I almost ended up with an epithet too.

At this rate, am I going to end up with something like “Spirit Behind You” or what?

First, Professor Luban.

Watching from behind, she gets close enough to make you nervous, but the way she takes them down without a hint of danger really shows how high her combat skill is.
And that’s not all—she can use magic too, supporting Luban and Minea here and there.
Her weapon range is different, but she might be a similar type to Elena.
Last is Kiira Wimble.
The fourth daughter of the Wimble Viscount family, Luban’s first companion, and apparently the reason he aimed to become a noble in the first place—so he could marry her.
A beautiful woman with long blonde hair.

I was watching, wondering what he’d do, when red light and heat poured in from ahead along with Luban’s shout.

I yelled without thinking, but this… is that magic?!
A wave of flame—some four or five meters across—surged straight toward the boars.
Even though we’re keeping our distance, the heat makes my skin sting.
And this is with Kiira’s blessing…?
Just like the phrase “boar-headed charge,” the boars in this world rush in right away, but maybe the heat, or the light, or both startled them, because they’ve stopped in their tracks.
“Red Light—Shakkou!”
Luban immediately followed up, firing magic again, but… he just shot a beam out of his hand…
The beam pierced straight through four boars in the center all at once.
On the left side of the split herd, Minea and Marida pounced in, finishing them off one by one.
On the right, Luban hunted down the rest by himself.
…Isn’t this way too different from the magic I know?
